Self Development and Mindfulness are on the upswing. There is a reason these concepts are trending. We are searching for depth and meaning. We NEED it. We CRAVE it. We are living yet we don’t feel fully alive. We are going through the motions yet deep down we know that something isn’t quite right.
Self care is more than a buzz word. It is vital for our happiness, relationships, wellbeing and our health.
In today’s fast paced world, most of us have made our lives overly busy. We’ve piled our plates so full that there is barely any room to breathe. If we don’t recalibrate soon we will find ourselves aimlessly heading in a direction that 1. Doesn’t serve us. 2. Isn’t in alignment with the life we are here to live. 3.We burn out.
Attending our retreat is a pause with blank space. It is time carved out for you to slow down, check in, and indulge in the day’s itinerary. Your needs matter too. And in fact we are better for ourselves and everyone around us when our Soul is satisfied.

Hello, I’m Stephanie!
I’ve always been a multi passionate seeker. From a young age I travelled to inspirational retreats and workshops learning from amazing mentors and facilitators such as T.Harv Eker, Tony Robbins, James Arthur Ray and Leila Francis to name a few.
I bring premium and quality experiences to everything I facilitate. Nothing wishy washy. This is SO important to me.
This work isn’t about just being “HAPPY” It’s about emotional intelligence. Understanding ourselves and what we need to nurture that will align us with authentic intentional moments that feel RIGHT. This work also aligns us with what we need when things don’t go as planned. An anchor in painful times. Respecting our own internal rhythms. Listening and gaining awareness into what we need at a soul level. (Before the labels and the world telling us how we should be.)

My best friend, My soul sister, The yang to my yin. She brightens up every room she walks into and her energy is beautifully contagious. You will find her at our retreats being wonder woman behind the scenes. Making tea, lighting candles, setting up decks of oracle cards, greeting our guests with her fanny pack full of all the things that we always end up needing. She is our personal chef and is so passionate about nourishing plant based eating.A true inspiration and expander for the nourishment you can create for your own body and life. You WILL feel like a Goddess by indulging in the delicious vegan cuisine prepared for you at the retreat.
